Socket Weld Fittings
Anglo Stainless supplies a comprehensive range of stainless steel socket weld fittings for pipework systems that demand secure, leak-resistant connections. Also known as SW fittings, socket weld pipe fittings feature a recessed socket that locates the pipe precisely before welding, giving repeatable alignment and strong, durable joints. Our socket weld fittings are held in stock in the UK for fast delivery, and are available across a full spread of sizes and end configurations to suit process, utility and high-pressure applications.
Socket Weld Fittings
We stock socket weld fittings in stainless steel across two pressure classes: a 150LB range in 316 stainless steel and a 3000LB range in 316/316L stainless steel for higher-pressure duties. Fittings are available in sizes from ¼” up to 2″ (DN8–DN50), covering the most commonly specified requirements. Every fitting is supplied with full material certification.
Because socket weld joints resist vibration and pressure well, SW fittings are widely used in petrochemical, oil and gas, marine, food processing and utility pipe systems. If you’re unsure which pressure class or size suits your application, our team can advise- get in touch with your requirement and we’ll help you specify.
